Picture 1: Dorm room one's picture was taken in a girl's room. There is a cross on the side of the desk so we can assume she is religious. There is a big poster of TOMS which is a shoe company suggesting she likes shoes and particularly that brand. Most of the pictures she has posted are all of her family and none really of herself. This can indicate she could be a home body and enjoys thinking of her family as she does her work.
Picture 2: The second photo was actually taken off campus in one of the houses. A big trend you see these days is girls having tapestries in their bedrooms. This adds a lot of personality and takes up space over the ugly white walls. Her bed is a tad messy which could indicate that she doesn't have much time in between classes to really clean up. This student also has a poster of Audrey Hepburn which is most likely an idol of her's.
Picture 3: The third photo was taken in the dorms. You can clearly see a heart shaped out of photos that look like a lot of friends which means she really loved her friends. She also has a framed photo of her and what appears to be her boyfriend/ date to prom. There is a flyers cup on the desk so she probably watches hockey. I see some vitamins so she is health conscious and there is an anatomy text book laying out so we can guess she is majoring in some type of health field.

What it means to be a college student:
To be a college student is hard work and it's not what people think. From the data I collected, it seems like most of the kids wake up at a decent hour to get their workouts in or go to class on time. There doesn't seem to be a huge time slot to relax because a lot of kids a many classes or have jobs. I didn't interview anyone in greek life but I can assume their daily schedule has a lot more things involved. A lot of similarities I saw in the photos I took were all the pictures hanging on the walls to remind them of their friends and family at home. Also the tapestry and desk decorations give the students a touch of themselves to show to other friends who enter the room. Their weren't many differences between the rooms. None of them were very neat or messy.
